What Causes White, Brown And Dark Menstrual Period?

doctor.im 21 years old female.. this is the first time i have encounter this kind of problem. its been a week since my white mens turns to brown or even black.. i don't know what to do.. please answer my question, i am afraid that maybe i am suffering a disease. thanks!
