What Causes White Bump On Hand And Chin?

Hello. I found a white bump on my left hand with a tiny black, almost not visible, black dot in the center. I found one on my right ring finger the next day. Then, I think I have gotten some pimples, but there are two of the same bumps on my chin. This started 3 days ago. What could it be? They only hurt if I mash them, and it s not very painful
