What Causes White Bumps Around The Base Of Penis Shaft?

I have these white pimple like bumps around the base of my shaft and pubic hair region along with on the ball sack and I also noticed that my pee doesn t have the best of smells. I know I need to go see the doctor but was hoping for a little quick insight on here if there is any idea of what it could be. Whatever it is I contracted is from my ex girlfriend after she cheated on me and she has it also.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You may need a dermatologist or urologist review and may be asked for STD screen or TORCh screen and treatment will be based on the cause or primary disease. However urinalysis and urine culture may also be needed to rule out any urinary tract infection or genitourinary infection and antibiotics may be needed according to cultures reports.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
