What Causes White Bumps In The Crease Of My Labia Majora And Minora?

I have little white bumps in the crease of my labia majora and my labia minora. I just noticed them yesterday when I was washing my vagina and it really freaked me out. Since I noticed them the bumbs have been itching. I've had quite a few sexual parteners and I haven't been checked in a year. Do you think this could possibly be and std or something?
