What Causes White Bumps In The Vagina?

I have a question! Please answer!!!! I have little white pieces in my vag. I KNOW ITS not a std!!! I have 2 kids and after the second one i had a test done having been with anyone since. But i have had itching for about 7 months now and i dont have the money to go to the doctor. but it itches uncontrollably!!!! So please let me know what you think i have tried a vag cream/wipes and my sister had a 5 ay treatment from the doctor she found that she never used and i used that and it helped but didnt cure it. I have used a bottle water to douche. and a couple little white pieces came in to the bottle! please help!
