What Causes White Bumps Inside The Vagina?
I noticed my vagina is very swollen and irritated . Decided to take a hand held mirror and noticed that there are some red bumps on the skin around the opening of my vagina and inside my lips and inside my vagina there are tiny white bumps everywhere it feels so rough . My gyno is closed right now I can t call back till tommrow . Do you have any idea of what this may be ?

Based on the history you have shared, it can vaginal candidiasis and may need topical antifungals like clotrimazole as well as oral metronidazole.
High vaginal swab for cultures and sensitivity as well as for microscopy may be needed.
