What Causes White Bumps Like Pimples And Flaky Dry Skin On Nose?

I need help, I have seen many of these but all the answers worry me so I m hoping I will get a better one. I ve had this thing on my nose for either a year or less, but I really need help I m starting to worry. Well I ll get to the point…I randomly woke up to a faint amount of pink raw looking skin around my nose, like on the side. Over the time it has gotten worse it s very raw and flakes with dry skin badly, I also get little white bumps like pimples, though I wash my skin very well. I have gotten pills and cream and the pills help but once you stop taking them it comes back worse I need help, I think it might be spreading to my chin but I m not sure I have been to skin doctors and they say it s not a form of stress I m really worried I can t take those pills my whole life, or will I have to? please help!

I really appreciate your concern, if this is chronic skin lesion then it must brought to investigations because it may not be infection but it could be cystic lesion, hypersensitive reaction, some time could be age and gender related, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
