Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
.... I would like to talk to a male doctor. But umm.... I m a teenager n I have master bated a lot in the past. . I still kinda do but not as much. I have a rash on the private and this lil white bumps on my septum/balls.. idk if it because of hair or what...will it go away eventually or does that man something. . N I never had sex
You seem to have developed sebaceous cysts over the scrotum. I would like to tell you that this skin condition is quite common in males and is quite a harmless one. These lesions tend to develop from the normal glands present in this area. These cysts can be left as such also in case they do not cause any problem. But if there is any associated pain or discomfort, then you can see a surgeon for its removal.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Iven Romic Rommstein, General Surgeon
