What Causes White Bumps On The Vaginal Lips?

Hi I had unprotected sex and two days later I put baby powder on my vagina and the next day it started itching so I scratched it like crazy and it was sore then three days later it started to burn when I urinated and then a couple days later I seen white bumps on the inside and out on the lips and they are painful what is going on?
