What Causes White Bumps On The Vaginal Lips?

Yesterday i started having a sore throat on just the left side of my throat but it hurt at the back of my mouth the most. Now today it hurts 10 times worse and both sides of my throat hurts and i have white bumps in the back of my mouth and on the roof of my mouth that hurt really bad. Now i have discovered that i have about 4 of the same white bumps on the left side of my vagina inside the lips i also think i might have a fever. What is wrong with me? please help!
