What Causes White Bumps On Vagina?

Hi, I'm 16. I have white bumps in my vagina. I barely started noticing 2 days ago, because it started itching and burning. Now it looks like its only getting worse and more are appearing. White liquid also comes out of my vagina hole. What's going on with me?
