General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The single episode of white chunk in vomitus may be indicative of partially digested or undigested food stuff most likely. My guidelines at present:
- Allow him liquids in sessions at intervals (as boiled water, lemon juice, ginger ale etc)
- Prefer to give bland vegan diet and avoid all spices, non veg, junk food, dairy items
- Observe the vomiting for next 6 hours, later contact his pediatrician if he has further vomiting

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
