What Causes White Colored Vaginal Discharge With Brown Specks?

I have a lumpy, white, regular smelling discharge. It has red/brown specks coming out with it. The discharge is coming out very quickly and in large amounts. I can also pull out discharge with my finger. My vagina is red, swollen, and warm. It has been itching for three days. I had sex four days ago. He has never before had sex and used a condom. We used KY Jelly. I had not had sex in half a year and bled during sex due to stretching during intercourse. Is this normal? Will it go away? I am unsure if this is related: I have lots of gas. I was on nuvaring before sex and have not replaced it yet due to the bleeding after sex.

Looking at your history this could be due to
Infection like yeast infection, STI or cervicitis or bacterial vaginosis


In my opinion you should consult a gynaecologist for examination and a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin, CBC ESR ,urine culture and sensitivity test and a vaginal swab for culture as well as KOH fixation test
You may require a course of antibiotics or antifungal vaginal pessaries under supervision of your doctor

meanwhile maintain good hygiene
Have plenty of fluids
