What Causes White Discharge And Small Rashes Like Bumps?

Hi I was treated for chlamydia and BV about two weeks ago , a week after taking my treatment for chlamydia , I had unprotected sex with a new partner ... Now a week later I am having brown discharge after having rough sex for a week & today I noticed a lot of white clumpy discharge on my vulva along with small rash like bumps . Is it possible that my chlamydia did not go away ? & I have been re-infected ?
