As per your complain chunky white vaginal discharge is most probably due to vaginal yeast infection, also known as Vaginal Thrush and as you applied Vagisil cream a slight burning is not abnormal but it will helpful in reducing only itching and burning but will not resolve infection.. In case of yeast infection you need to take antifungal oral as well as topical medication.. I would suggest you to consult a Gynaecologist or an Internal medicine specialist and get evaluated and he can advise you vaginal swab culture to confirm the diagnosis.. For thrush you can be advised topical application of antifungal ointments like Clotrimazole, antifungal vaginal insert tablets or pesseries can also be advised.. You can also be given a course of oral antifungal medications like Fluconazole, Itraconazole etc.. Abstain from intercourse until you get relieved..
