Hi, I had my period last week and I just went to the wash room to pee and a lot of white discharge came out, also when i wiped there was blood! I had my tubes burned over a year ago, I also have endometriosis! About a hour before I had a lot of stomach pain! Just wondering what it could be and if I should be worried to get get checked out?
Your symptoms may indicate a fungal infection or urinary tract infection. Urine routine, culture and sensitivity tests should be done to rule out infection and identify the effective antibiotics. Any history of irregular period or abdominal pain should be ruled out. Pelvic ultrasound should be done to rule out any pelvic inflammatory disease. Antibiotic treatment an adequate hydration is essential to reduce the infection.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
