What Causes White Discharge From Penis While Passing Stools?
Hi I am 24 yrs old and for the past two months I noticed that there is a white fluid coming out of my penis while passing a stool . And recently I started getting pains on my penis if I urine frequently...thr pain dont last long but it comes very rare..can you please help me know if it is a serious concern??

Whenever you strain while passing stool, it is natural that you eject one or two drops of semen through your urine. That is normal and there is nothing to worry about it.
