What Causes White Discharge From Rectum?

I m trying to figure out what s causing my son to have a white discharge coming from his rectum. It is also around his penis. He is 2 years old and has no other symptoms such as fever. He hasn t I had a bowel movement in 2 days I am a little concerned please help. Thank you a concerned mom

I really appreciate your concern, if such white discharge is from anus then it could be worm (Pin worm) if this is from the prepuce of penis then it could be smegma, condition need to be taken as matter of concern, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
