What Causes White Discharge From The Breasts While On Risperidone?

Hi, I am currently taking 2mg of risperdone at nighttime for some pyschiatric issues I have. I am excreting breastmilk and I m not pregnant. I had a urine test done last week and the dr said I m not pregnant. Would risperdone make me produce breastmilk?

This may be effect of this medication since risperidone may affect hypophysis and other hormonal glands and cause elevation of prolactin. So you should reconsider switching medicine and symptoms will go away.
