I am male 26 years of age and married I am facing some issues with stomach and getting treatment but facing issue of leakage daily at night I am really depressed with this leakage with out any reason during sleeping at night material leakout from penis

I have gone through your Query & I really appreciate your concern about the problem you are facing.

As a physician I would like to tell you that, reasons behind your Penile discharge could be a UTI, Infection, or Urine itself. But unfortunately, all of these conditions needs to be diagnosed by physical examination along with blood workup. So, I would suggest that you visit your attending physician as soon as possible, because, if the discharge is due to UTI, your wife can also contract it through sexual intercourse.
