What Causes White Discharge In The Vagina After Periods?

hi, madam i am worried about the white discharge from vagina.after few days of menstrual period transparent material which is jelly like discharged from vagina..as the days passed this transparent material is converted into white discharge..sometimes flow is heavy but sometimes its only a spot.i want to ask is it normal or not?
