What Causes White Discharge On The Penis And Around Scrotum?

What si or would be the cause for sloight white discharge on the penis iaround scrotum? Also there is fair amount of reddishness. I am 54 years age 5 feet 2inches and 75 kg weight and normal health apart from medictaion for blood pressure and cholestrol. Currently taking Cardace 5 mg and Clopilet+Atrovastatin once a day. Recently did health check and completed well including TMT. Please advise if I should consult a doctor and if so which specialisation. Thanks
