What Causes White Discharge With Foul Smell For A 19-year-old?

Hello.... My age is 19... I had safe sex 10 days ago..... I am having white discharge problem for past 5 days... It has little foul smell, not so thicky, but its burning and itching in the place of vagina......i want to know why this happening... And ants are also attracted to panty..... And tell me what are the steps i should follow to prevent this..... I dont want to use any medicine.... I hope you will answer for my query..

Understand your concern
Following are the cause of white discharge with foul smells after sexual intercourse:
Most common bacterial vaginosis infections, other infections like fungal and chlamydia may be possible.
Change in the Ph and vaginal flora after sex aggravate the bacterial vaginosis infection.

I advice you to go for vaginal swab test, KOH mounting and urine testing for confirm the infections.
Meanwhile take single dose antibiotics: azithromycine + clindmycine + flucanazole.
Bacterial vaginosis: tablet metronidazole
Fungus infections: vaginal suppository of clindamycine plus clotrimazole.

Use lactobacilli vaginally or orally.
Tablet cetrizine for itching. For severe itching you can use mild hydrocortisone ointment.
Keep the vagina clean and dry.
Use V-Vaginal wash plus for proper pelvic hygiene
Wash vagina with warm water with added salt and then apply apple cidar vinegar.
Wear pure cotton loose undergarments.

So consult the gynecologist and take proper prescribed drug after investigations.
