ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, thanks for your query. In my opinion, white dots in the ear are nothing but dried wax.
It's needs to be cleaned by ent specialist.
Difficulties in swallowing needs to be evaluated. Empirically you can take anti inflammatory medicines like paracetamol + diclofenac combination drugs twice daily for 3 days. If symptoms persists, please consult with your doctor and get treated. Hope my answers have helped you. Thanks.
