What Causes White Eye Patches And How Can It Be Treated?

Hi Sir My Daughter is 1.3 Yr old .She is a twin child and 7 Month Born baby .She is having light white patches near to both of her eyes .We dont have a geneteic history .Cold yo please suggest what could be th reason for the same and how to cure it ? Regards Pramod Sharma 0000
