What Causes White Flesh Hanging From Vagina?

Hey, I have this weird white flesh that looks like its blocking my vagina but when i push out it opens up and I m really worried of what it could be? (Sorry it sounds so gross) it doesn t hurt but it s just really noticeable and looks like I m discharging but it s not discharge??
