Feeling differently while watching TV and under the sun?? Most possible causes may be your suffering from dry eyes causes eye irritation and early morning you observe white layer in eye lid and eye lashes, it may due to bacteria conjunctivitis but as such your not mentioned eye symptoms except discharge. But no much relation between your sputum and eye discharge. Use carboxymethylcellulose eye drops four times in a day for 5days. If symptoms not improved consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
