What Causes White/grey Color Pocket Near Anus?

Hi I have a white/grey in color pocket looking near my anal, it doesn t itch and there is no redness around it. It hurts a little but sometimes I don t even know it s there. I have a pic but I don t know how to send it at this time. Thank you for your help.
