What Causes White Hard Lumps On Foreskin?

HELLO ,A couple of weeks ago i noticed a few white hard lumps not very big on my foreskin.they are on and just off of the vain that you get your sensations from.i have squeezed 1 really hard to get rid of it and i was bleeding a little.the white i managed to get off was hard.there is no puss or anything
