Hi

You seem to have developed an eczematous skin condition called contact eczema of the hands .
You need to keep the affected area moisturized by applying a good moisturizer atleast twice a day .
You should avoid application of any irritants over it like dettol or savlon .
You might need to apply some topical steroid creams which can discuss with your local treating doctor .
