What Causes White Lumps On The Scrotum?

Hello im a young 14 year old boy and I have know clue what type of doctor world with like balls and private parts but I'm having these smallish white bumps on my ball sack and my ball sack is red it doesn't itch that often or burn I don't know what's wrong could you help mw. I am a bit scared to tell my parents cause I don't know what's causing it and I'm a private person. A good answer would help of tell me what type of doctor deals with this stuff

Good description of your problem and the sign of grown-up boy ( not telling the parents ).
Well, this is due to the fact that you are growing up has caused changes , the skin of the scrotum can too show these the way you have described .
These are small multiple sebaceous cysts and nothing to worry.
Please consult a Dermatologist and he would tell whether you need a treatment for this.
Keep the area clean with washing it as many time as possible with plain water and keep the area dry and well ventilated. No tight underwear or pants.
