What Causes White Marks On The Gums?

I have been to the dentist today and they said that there are a few white marks on my gums(interestingly) where i have no teeth so right at the back and where I had a tooth removed 20 years ago. I am 42 years old and keep good helth aprt for the fact that I smoked and have given up recently. I have no pain or bleeding gums

Thanks for posting the query,

I would suggest you to get a checkup done by the Dentist to see what the matks are, as you mentioned you were a smoker, could be due to that, you can take multivitamin suplements and antioxidants, take lukewarm saline nad antsetic mouthwash rinses, maintain a good oral hygiene.
