What Causes White Mass In Genital Area?

hello i am a 23 yo female and i have never been to any gyno. i have a problem here which is i have kind of something whitish (mass? but not fluid) on my prepuce. i did not noticed at first but after 2 days of painful sensation on touching on that area, i realised it. i tried to remove it (not easily remove) and it bleeds. FYI i m not sexually active a there s no other symptoms. what is the problem actually?does it dangerous/may affect my future life?

Hello,
Welcome to this forum.
Probably you could have a yeast infection which is visible as whitish mass. Another option is it is a smegma, which has been dried out. It is not that just men have smegma, but that is not true. Women also have smegma which is the secretion of a sebaceous gland;a cheesy sebaceous matter that collects around the clitoris and labia minora.
I do not think it could be dangerous.Just try to soak it with a saline-water soaked cotton and it will be easily separated.
An yeast infection is also not dangerous as it is a normal resident of vagina.
Just stay clean and stop douching with soap-water or any scented preparation,if you have the practice at all.
Sincerely
