What Causes White Milky Discharge From Nipples And Abdominal Cramps?

Hi I had a drop of white milky substance from both nipples 2 days ago and none since. I have never had children (I have endometriosis). I had unprotected sex (withdrawal method) just over 2 weeks ago and had cramps in my lower abdomen after it and cramps on and off for all this time.My Mum has just had a hard lump in her breast checked (mammogram and biopsy. Results of biopsy on Friday) The hospital were "concerned " about the lump and it was also difficult for them to get the needle in because it was so hard.

I'm just wondering if this milk substance is normal? Because I've never had it before.
