Hello,

Your symptoms suggest pelvic congestion. White vaginal discharge is a normal phenomenon. The quantity and consistency vary depending upon the phase of the menstrual cycle. If there is a profuse frothy discharge or if it is cheesy, infection should be suspected. Urinary tract infection also can lead to pelvic congestion and excessive vaginal discharge due to associated infection and hence, this should also be evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shanti Vennam
