Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My brother and girlfriend are fighting cus he came home with like white open sores on his penis after being in mexico for a week he accused her of biting him but he has been gone a week. He is scared. Could it be from a girl cutting his penis with her teeth or something more serious
Few more details wold be helpful- Is it burning / painful? Any vesicles? Any fever or swollen inguinal nodes? Here we have to consider genital herpes as a strong possibility. If at all it is caused by biting, we expect that to appear soon after an intercourse with some bruising/minor bleeding. If this was not the story, kindly let him go and see doctor, as this can be herpes and may need antiviral therapy.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam TK, Pediatrician
