Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Few more details wold be helpful- Is it burning / painful? Any vesicles? Any fever or swollen inguinal nodes? Here we have to consider genital herpes as a strong possibility. If at all it is caused by biting, we expect that to appear soon after an intercourse with some bruising/minor bleeding. If this was not the story, kindly let him go and see doctor, as this can be herpes and may need antiviral therapy.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam TK, Pediatrician
