What Causes White Painful Pimple On Nipple?

My eighteen year old daughter has a off white looking sys/pimple at the end of her nipple on her breast. It has been there for about three weeks and she just told me about it. It is very sensitive and hurts. She says it has not had a discharge. What does this sound like?

Hi

Sounds like a normal pimple and I would only recommend hot compress over the region several times a day which should help it to pop. Once it pops use a topical antibiotic cream like neomycin over the region twice a day for about 10 days. Also keep the region clean and dry at all times, and avoid friction from her bra and avoid leaving the region damp due to sweating from wearing the bra itself.
