What Causes White Patch On Uvula?

Good evening, I have been cutting grass all day on my farm, and have noticed my uvulva has a white patch like a blister on the tip, I do smoke but have not noticed it before today, I check my throat daily because of food pockets, and I primarily live in the city therefore I am not always around this much grass and pollen etc... just curious to if the sudden change in environment could have caused this.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to bacterial vaginosis and associated yeast infection. A swab test will be helpful to rule out the condition. For such condition I would recommend using vaginal suppository with combination of antifungal like clotrimazole and antibiotic like clindamycin. Using intimate wash regularly will be helpful also.
