Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain white patches on the roof and the sides of the mouth can be due to
fungal infection known as
oral thrush while sore can be an apthous ulcer..
You should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a through clinical evaluation will be diagnostic.
He can also advise you a microscopic examination of the patch to confirm the diagnosis.
As you also have a recent medical history of taking antibiotics it can also lead to thrush because antibiotics can cause damage to the good bacteria along with harmful bacteria and can reduce the resisting tendency of oral cavity against supernumerary infections..
In case if thrush is diagnosed you will be advised to take antifungal medications like
Nystatin mouthwash and
Clotrimazole lozenges..
Other part of your question is that fever aches and tired can be due to viral infection and you can take Tylenol to reduce fever but if the symptoms linger for more than ten days get a
blood test done to rule out ofr other infections under supervision of a General Physician.
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards..
