What Causes White Patches On Face In Winters?

hello doc.. i am jayati,, in winter season,there are some white patches appear on my face , so as my daughter skin also show some patches but not on face, but my baby's patches are slightly different from me her patches shows some itching but not mine..so help doc from this problem

it appears tobe tenia infection. apply teneaderm lotion over patches. you can apply surfaz or candid ointment. in winter body is dry, so apply some body lotion moisturiser.
