What Causes White Penile Discharge With Itchiness?

Hello.from past 1 day iam witnessing a white milky fluid .however it doesnot come by its self . It only comes out when i hold my penis. Iam also having an itchy feeling on tip of my penis and i feel very little itching while peeing. I have no other symptoms like genital swelling or pain. Please tell me what is it.

Hello,

If you had unprotected sex then need to think of STI.

1.     Gonorrhea and chlamydia are two of the most common causes early diagnosis and start antibiotics will help you
2.     Urinary tract infections with increased frequency of urination, irritation during urination , lower abdominal pain - urine culture will help to diagnose.

If you its not STI then it can be yeast infection / fungal infection - starting antifungal oral and local will help you.
