General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Condom ruptured , white spots over penis .
Sex on 24th May .
Now read this carefully and you will get the answer of your question.
Antibodies to HIV begin to appear within 2 ( two ) weeks of infection , and the period of time between initial infection and the development of detectable antibodies is rarely more than 3 months ( three ) .
In your case now almost 7-8 weeks passed , so get rapid nucleic acid amplification P 24 test for HIV confirmation .
As far as concerned about , white patches over penis , may be fungus or candida infection . So in my opinion consult a DERMATOLOGIST " and get his opinion as physical examination is important in such cases.
Good luck.
