What Causes White Pimples On Upper Vagina?

I have two things, on my upper vagina skin i get whiteheaded pimples and when i pop them the puss and bleed a lot. next is on my left inner thigh i have a bruise the size of a dime and it also is a bump and when i touch it it hurts a lot. i have never had any sexual activity

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some infection on the part leading to enlarged tender inguinal lymph nodes giving problem in the groin.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Keep local hygiene proper.
Ok and take care.
