What Causes White Pimples With Red Rings Around On The Thighs?

I have small white pimples on the tops of my thighs with red ring around them. They itch and are full of white puss. It seems to be spreading only on the tops of both of my thighs and the side of my legs. After a few days, they crust over and leave a discolored mark. I went to my family doctor and they prescribed Clindamycin phosphate topical solution and it does not seem to be helping. What is this?

hiii.welcome to our site.you have folliculitis,which means,inflammation of hair follicle.if clindamycin not working then try mupirocin ointment.take analgesics if there is pain.it will resolve within a week.all the best.
