What Causes White Round Spots On Face?
Hi Doctor, i m male & 46yrs old. i have white round spots on my face:(3mm to 10mm),some with a red spot in the middle. There is symmetry, locations on my left side of face is the same on right side.Sometimes itchy but not annoyingly so. My ex girlfriend had it now i have it gradually getting worse over the years. Hi.
As per your case history you are having pityriasis versicolor.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a vitamin c supplement once daily for 3 months.
