What Causes White Spots Inside The Cheeks And Swollen Tongue?

I've noticed the inside of my cheeks seem to have spots that are more white/translucent than normal. Also, there are dark red lines/veins in the very back of my throat I can see when I use a flashlight. My tongue is swollen on the underside and on the left side of tongue is a skin like colored, round, sore, sensitive to touch, that almost looks like it has a hole in the middle of it (kinda shaped like a volcano-without it actually being overly large/dramatic). I haven't been sick, no cough or fever. Back of throat feels a little tight, but I figured it was from the tongue being swollen. No problems eating/swalling.

As per your complain it seems that white spots inside the cheek along with red veiny throat and also having a painful swollen lump under the tongue is an indication of infection..

It seems that you have a viral infection leading to red veiny throat that is an indication of inflamed throat along with sores inside mouth..
Secondly a lump under the tongue can be due to causes like an apthous ulcer, swollen salivary gland etc..

Consult an oral physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like throat swab culture, blood tests etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

As of now you can start gargling with warm saline solution..
Apply numbing gel containing Lignocaine over the painful lump and even on the spots if they are painful.. Take Vitamin C supplements..
Avoid spicy and chilled foods..
Sip on plenty of warm water..
