What Causes White Spots On Face And How To Remove Them?

Hi there......just curious, someone told me I should get this white spot on my chin checked out as it looks like a pimple but never goes away and now I just developed a new one on the tip of my nose! My friend is very concerned as I am a sun worshiper !
