What Causes White Spots On Pupil?

I woke up this morning and my left eye was bugging me so I waited an hour to see if it got better. When it didn't I went to the bathroom and took out my contacts. When I looked closer there was a small opaque white spot up and to the left of my pupil. What should I do? 14 years old.

is not posibleto comment by you seeing it in mirror that spot is in cornea or iris. it is to be examined in slit lamp by eye doctor and diagnose the problem.
