What Causes White Spots On The Head Of The Penis?

I have white spots on my penis glans. Not pearly penile papules, these are on top of my glans but not raised. Been tested last week and came up clear of any STI s. Started of as about 8 on the left side. Now there s about 20 all around the top near my wee hole (not sure of official terminology) thanks in advance

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
From your description, it appears that you could be having fungal (yeast) infection in the genital area.
You can do the following to overcome it.
1. Clean the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily.
2. Following drying, apply Clotrimazole skin cream over the lesions.
3. Take Tablet. Levocetirizine once a day if you have itching sensation.
4. Apply moisturizer cream or lotion over the lesion at bedtime.
5. Wear loose undergarments to provide proper ventilation and avoid friction.
6. Abstain from sexual activities till the lesion heals completely.
