What Causes White Spots On The Shaft And Head Of The Penis?

I have small white spots on shaft of my penis and on the top of the head of my penis. What are these? I also have a couple of small white spots that are above the skin on the underside of my penis just under the glands, what are these? I am willing to send photos for better clarification.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
These white spots may appear as a result of blocked or swollen sweat glands pores. They are called Fordyce spots. It is normal for some males to have them. They are not contagious. They may sometimes diminish with age.
Undergoing a laser treatment procedures may help.
If it is associated with itch,or bumps become fluid filled, bleed, presence of any discharge, you may visit a good dermatologist to rule out any other possibilty.
Thanks
